How to contact us and make a reservation              

As Fez residents, we are passionate about the Medina and its conservation.  We're delighted to answer any questions you may have.  Please contact us by email for any information you may require (see address below), as well as for making a reservation at one of our riads or dars.  We will reply promptly with details of availability and prices.  We speak English and French. Please note:

• traditional houses in Morocco have a central courtyard that's open to the sky.  There's usually a cover for use in inclement weather.  A riad has a garden in the courtyard, often planted with citrus trees.  A dar doesn't have a garden in the courtyard.
• high season is generally over Christmas and New Year,  Easter and the annual Fes Festival of World Sacred Music at the beginning of June.
• special requirements such as wheelchair access or particular diets can be mentioned in your email.

Rates

We are able to negotiate very good prices for your accommodation.  There is no reservation charge.  Two percent of your accommodation bill is donated by the guesthouse to the trust fund for the renovation of micro-projects in the Fez Medina.  If you'd like to make a further donation, please let us know.  

Fes Festival Ticket Collection Service

For those attending the Fes Festival of World Sacred Music, we offer a ticket collection service. Once you've ordered and paid for your tickets through the ticketing agency, Objectif Maroc, send us your invoice number and we will collect your tickets and deliver them to your guesthouse in time for your arrival. The charge is Dh300 (approximately 27 Euros) per set of tickets per person or group. Please note that for non-Fez Riads clients, the charge is Dh400 (approximately 36 Euros).
