The Fez Riads houses to rent are mostly owned by non-resident foreigners. They are all traditional medina houses that have been renovated to a high standard. You can expect:
Cleanliness • Western bathrooms with constant hot water • Good quality mattresses and linen • Breakfast provided at most houses • Air-conditioning in some houses; if not, then fans and space heaters are provided • Wifi is usually available • Hairdryer • Use of the kitchen, which is provided with fridge, kettle and oven or hob as well as crockery and cutlery • Daily cleaning service at most houses • A house manager on call for any emergency or request
Dar Bennis is a meticulously restored traditional house that is comfortably furnished. It is situated just off Tala’a Sghira, and sleeps up to five people.

Dar 47 is a light-filled, comfortably furnished house near Bab Guissa. It sleeps up to nine people. The excellent terrace has sweeping views of the medina.
Dar Sugar is a stylishly renovated house with all creature comforts in the carpenters’ souk near Bab Guissa. Sleeps up to nine people in five bedrooms. It has superb views over the medina.
Recently revamped, this house on Tala’a Sghira is light and bright. It sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms and has great terrace views.
