Dar Roumana is a large, airy house with spectacular medina views from the roof terrace. French chef Vincent Bonnin runs the on-site Roumana Restaurant that’s open to the public.
Dar Roumana is a beautifully appointed house with five suites, each containing the work of local artisans: original mosaic tile floors, intricate carved plaster, rich cedar ceilings and doors, and hand-crafted brass lanterns. Here you can relax by the fire, select a book from the library or choose a movie from the extensive DVD collection.
