Riad 9 is a delightfully elegant and comfortable house with three bedrooms in an excellent location. It sleeps up to seven people and is ideal for families and friends.
Featured in magazines such as Elle Décor and Le Figaro’s Madame, Riad 9 is a very beautiful yet comfortable house in the central medina. The ground floor has an elegant marble-floored courtyard with gazing pool and fountain, and there are two salons.
On the first floor, bedroom 1 has a double bed and a large but separate private bathroom. 100 Euros per night.
Bedroom 2 is on the second floor and has a king-size bed with a bathroom en suite. 150 Euros per night.
Bedroom 3 takes up the entire third floor with a king-size bed, bathroom and sitting room. 200 Euros per night.
Delightful roof terrace with sunny and shaded sitting areas and magnificent views over the medina and to the hills around the city.
The house is home to a cat, fish and assorted birds.

COST:
450 Euros per night for the whole house including breakfast, cleaning, transfers and local taxes. The rooms may also be booked individually. Dinner on request.
